HomeFund
Pick a starter home, set the down payment goal, and launch a coin. Its trading fees fill a locked vault. It's held in dollars (USDC), nobody can just withdraw it, and it only pays out against real purchase documents. If the home doesn't close by the deadline, half goes back to holders and half buys back and burns the coin.

4 · The locked vault
- • Each 15-minute sweep sends the coin's fees (after the 10% house and 2% Payload cuts) into the vault.
- • Fees are swapped to USDC every sweep, so the down payment keeps its dollar value even if SOL drops.
- • The vault lives in the coin's own wallet, which only Payload's engine can sign for. The launcher has no withdraw button.
- • Two release steps, each only after Payload checks the documents: up to 10% of the goal on a signed purchase contract (earnest money), the rest on closing papers.
- • Title companies don't take crypto, so the closing money goes to a Payload-approved title company through its wire partner on file, or — for a title company not on the list — to an off-ramp partner (like MoonPay or Bridge) only after Payload checks its documents.
- If it hasn't closed by the deadline, half the vault is paid to holders in USDC and half buys back and burns the coin — nobody just loses the money.
